I am writing from the bottom of my heart to thank you for being there to answer my phone call Tuesday at 3 a.m. Thank God for you both!
Thank you for sending Nick, your electrician, to unsnarl our electrical system. We have been here two years, much of that time trying to correct problems caused by the previous owners. Nick knows what we had to deal with. Yet, you have to realize that you both and Nick took us from total darkness to daylight. Yes, power had been restored after 48 hours, but the pumps went on and off on a continual basis. Nick worked at fixing and correcting problems for many straight hours. He was everywhere. In the garage, attic, in the basement and back and forth with the new panel he was intent on putting in. Nick took complete charge, getting the permit and dealing with every problem to correct it as it came to his attention. And he worked without stop from early morning and with amazing concentration.
You must be very proud of Kaiser Electric. We are proud of being your customers.

Just a quick note to tell you how very pleased we were with our electrician, Jim. He was both very competent and very conscientious. Economic fortunes go up and down, but keep Jim regardless. He's as fine a man and employee as you will ever have.
